Ok for those who want to stay near JFK

Near the airport and had shuttle. They also have late checkout leaving the hotel at 3pm

We had many problems with the room key that wasn’t working and we had to move to another room. The breakfast could be better

Très bien pour une nuit proche de l’aéroport

Hôtel situé proche de JFK. Pratique avec le shuttle dans les deux sens Simple et pas cher de se rendre à Manhattan (bus + métro 1h15 environ) Les lits n’ont rien de sensationnel… pas un grand confort mais le principal est là Service de bagagerie pour laisser les valises en attendant l’avion

shuttle was a great addition but it wasn't clear how we actually got it - it was only because a friend stayed a few days earlier than us and told us what to do

communication could have been clearer about the shuttle and the 5am shuttle the next day was full although we got to reception at 4.50am as advised. we had to take a taxi or we would have been touch and go on our flight so if you are that busy I would suggest more than 2 shuttles an hour

Perfect location and all the staff were so helpful including the shuttle drivers

The Ladies at the front desk were Fantastic!! I think the one lady’s name was Katie and the other lady that I am sorry I did not get her name Both of them were so helpful!! They are Special!

Great location for JFK

The shuttle service was great. It arrived at Federal Circle, and the driver was helpful and courteous. Also we were very grateful that the shuttle dropped us off at our terminal. Once again, the shuttle driver was wonderful. Finally the check in and out process was very easy, and the staff was lovely.

The room was very roomy, but it would have been nice to have some extra towels for the shower. Otherwise we were very happy with the room.

It was just for one night...

It was close to the airport

Nothing related to the hotel itself. The check in is almost impossible when arriving with your own car. There is no place to park your car and unload it. The rooms are old, worn, dirty, the bathroom was smelling weed (we informed the reception l about that and they apologized). The breakfast is probably the worst you can get for 330€ per night...

No shuttle from JFK! Choose another option

Not much to like - choose another airport hotel

This hotel is NOT listed at the shuttle phones... so had no way to contact the hotel to get there. In the end another hotel shuttle took us...hardly what you expect from an airport hotel. The desk was not friendly. The fries in the lift / elevator when we arrived were still there when we left at midday the next day. In short, choose another option!

Nothing. Maybe just the distance from the JFK airport. And the room had a good size.

I found the charged rate absurdly expensive for the quality of the hotel. I know that everything in NY is very pricey, but this hotel doesn't justify the cost. The reception is quite basic, and the service was somewhat impatient. The hotel restaurant is more like a bar with few quality items. The room is extremely old. There was a door that seemed to provide access to another room, which I found very strange. Despite being large, it was dated and had an old-fashioned look. I have definitely stayed in much better hotels for less money. Not to mention the location, which is only convenient for those needing quick access to the airport because there is absolutely nothing to do nearby. And visiting NY City is impractical. It was a very bad experience. They also require a $50 deposit even if you pay for the room upon check-in. I found this unnecessary, and this information wasn't clear to me on the booking website.

I will stay there again

I stayed at the Hampton between flights, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was good could not have been better.

Bien accueillis avec remise chambre plus tôt jour arrivée , petit déjeuner offert car départ prévu très tôt lendemain. Très proche aéroport jfk. Schuttle disponible.

N'avons pas pu prendre le shuttle jour arrivée car ne savions pas où le récupérer à l'aéroport. Nous sommes allés en bus à un endroit, attendu longtemps dans le froid et avions finalement pris un taxi. N'ayant pas de téléphone sur place, impossible d'appeler l'hôtel.

La navette gratuite depuis Federal Circle. La taille de la chambre et du lit. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Salle de petit déjeuner en plein courant d’air, juste devant l’entrée.Bruit de la ventilation la nuit . Envoi de deux mails pour demander des informations sur la navette mais aucune réponse de établissement.

quick and easy stay near JFK

I like that they greeted us after a very late flight from Europe with a complimentary shuttle and easy check-in. I did not try their breakfast, but my husband said that it was plentiful, not continental! They offered complimentary coffee and tea. They had a microwave down in the comfortable dining area to heat left overs. Check out was easy and the shuttle returns you to JFK on the hour, every hour. I highly recommend!

I liked everything, no complaints. I would just suggest that they place a sign on the check in counter or mention that they charge 50$ for incidentals and release it if you don’t use it.

Excellent shuttle, good location, lower end of Hampton Inn cleanliness scale

Pretty good Hampton Inn breakfast, very personable staff. Very nice free shuttle on 1/2 hour schedule to JFK, in morning returns you directly to your gate instead of dropping you at Federal Circle. Delicious NY pizza delivered by DNL Pizza, promised 35 min, got it in 25.

Disappointed in room cleanliness, visible stain on desktop and bedside table / phone area was dusty/dirty. Not normal Hampton conditions.
