Not the accommodation I hoped for, but functional.

Breakfast was good; good selection, and waffles. Airport shuttle was a great convenience, and easily booked, even when we had to switch times.

Room description was incorrect, so they switched us to a room with two beds. Room entrance was very cramped once we had out luggage inside. Interaction between the customer in front of me at check in and front desk staff (and manager) was unfriendly and borderline rude.

Adequate, and price was good.

The overall hotel was clean. It was obviously an older building, but the staff keeps it clean.

The coffee was watered down, and breakfast wasnt very good. Ate other places most days.

it was nice and clean, beds were very very comfortable and staff were amazingly friendly . Deen at the reception and Nail were wonderful . thank you

bathroom items could be better , for example there was no enough shampoo , towel, soap…etc. needs an improvement on that

Spacious and clean room.

Proximity to the airport was why I selected this motel, the price was right. My stay was quiet and the room was clean. The room was actually quite large with a good sized bathroom and shower which was great.

One of the elevators was out of service. The motel was quite busy so the wait for in service elevator was a bit slow.

Estadia curta mas muito agradável.

A localização é muito boa para quem quer e precisa estar próximo ao aeroporto. O Café de manhã é o padrão, só que o horário um pouco curto. Termina às 9:00 e poderia ir um pouco além. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Há um restaurante ao lado do hotel de comida do oriente médio (Afganistão pelo que entendi) que é muito bom.

O horário do café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais amplo. Mas a seleção de produtos é boa e segue o padrão dos hotéis de mesmo nível.

Una linda sorpresa de lugar

I’ve been in USA in the last 11 days and have stayed in 4 different hotels, this one has been the best of all. Centric, clean, comfortable, and nice. The breakfast was great and staff’s treatment also. If i ever come back, i would definitely choose this place to stay again. Llevo en USA los últimos 11 días y me he hospedado en 4 diferentes hoteles, este ha sido el mejor de todos. Céntrico, limpio, cómodo y bonito. El desayuno estuvo genial y el trato del personal también. Si alguna vez regreso a esta linda ciudad, definitivamente volvería a escoger este lugar para hospedarme

Nice room. Large and comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice price.

Hallways need a little attention. Carpets souled and torn in spots. Arrived 36 hours after a snowfall and the parking lot was still covered with snow and ice. Treacherous.

Great value for price. Close to the airport for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly.

I could see that the lobby had been updated but the rooms were old and the carpet looked kind of dirty. Also, the elevators were very slow which was somewhat concerning.

It's bed and furniture. A real leather lazy boy chair is a surprise.

They have a reliable shuttle to and from the airport.

We found dead bugs, a hot muggy room, with a lot of broken items in the bathroom. The AC turned off frequently even when set to stay on.

Perfect location.

Location was perfect. Receptionist were amazing .shuttle drivers were awesome. .Bed and pillow was comfy . Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good

Assim que chegamos ao aeroporto, dispuseram um shuttle para buscar-nos, apesar de chegarmos bem tarde, mas já havíamos avisado do horário de chegada do nosso vôo e, depois do check-out, nos levaram até a estação. Ótimo quarto, grande e muito bem equipado. Banheiro de ótimo tamanho. Muito bom atendimento e café da manhã.

Just a place to sleep to catch an early flight the next morning

The front desk girl was so sweet! She was by herself and everyone was checking in, she handled it all with grace, especially when people were asking for pillows, extra blankets, sheets for the pull out. She was beyond busy and truthfully needed help but handled it very well

I've stayed at Super 8s that treat you like royalty. Wife and I were excited, it just went downhill.

Supposed to have breakfast, was not offered and went down in morning, microwave was still sitting in middle of counter from evening before. There was no breakfast at all.

Site lied about breakfast. Wasn't even offered. TV didn't work Hotel is undergoing renovations, so tape and door signs falling off everywhere. Pool area closed. Hostess was rude and acted like she didn't even want to be there, any questions asked were met with full attitude as if how dare we ask.

Inexcusable.

Good location, good price, nice bed.

Manager is an idiot. After we checked in we went to dinner, when we returned the room key didn't work, so, we went to the front desk and the manger recoded my key. When I returned to the room all our luggage was missing. We were headed to Cancun in the morning and our passports were with our luggage so we panicked thinking we had gotten robbed and our vacation would be canceled. We went to the front desk to report it and call the police. After 5 minutes of explaining to the manager what happened, he admitted to removing our luggage from our room because we "weren't supposed to be in that room". ??? To top it off, we had to ask repeatedly for him to return our luggage. We had received no note, no message or communication that there was a problem. He just left us to panic. He could have mentioned that he removed the luggage when I got the key recoded. As we returned with our luggage, he offered a halfhearted apology. In all my years of traveling the world, I have never had this happen before. We felt violated.

The location is amazing just some adjustments with staff is very much needed

I like the fact that the front desk staff was easy to talk to

Well I had ask can I get my room cleaned and I was told. I had to wait to the staff coming in to the shift would do it.And When she did come to do it I had no wash clothes or towels. I had to take my dirt linen out to the Indian guy who was nice to move it from the room . He did follow up and as did my room get cleaned. But it was not cleaned. He held the laundry been why I put the stuff in basket.The breakfast was watery especially the eggs and the orange juice water putting out water. The Spanish lady was told and stated she don’t speak English.
