the beauty and care of the grounds
use of keys that seemed like they were easy to lose felt like there should be something on the key to help make it bigger and more noticeable or they should switch to key cards.

The hot water handle screeched so loudly
Room 10- We asked to have maintenance look at it and they said it was fine as long as you held it up, but it didn’t matter because it wasn’t fixed
So loud, it was scary and the people staying next to us heard it as well
