Location and price
Communication with property and load walls and size of room. Would be safer if the stairs to the rooms have rails to help people up and down the stairs.

Service génial même si moi je parle pas anglais , la personne a fait des effort pour qu on se comprenne. La chambre ete tred bien aussi propre.j aime bien aussi sais près de la 401 pour embarque facilement sur la route
Air climatisé n était pas parti a notre arrivée donc chambre chaude

Comfortable and very clean beds. AC and fridge were working very well.
Bath was dirty and it smelled a lot like a smoking room - even though it was non-smoking.
