The location is fantastic, the staff are helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent and the little touch in your room on arrival is also just so welcoming.
Our sheets had some strange stains on them - perhaps a double check of those prior to leaving them on the beds

Excellent breakfast! I have celiac disease and this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed where they had a separate allergen section with a dedicated toaster. So grateful. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Summerside was a good, quiet base from which to explore the rest of the island.
Not much to do in Summerside itself but we weren’t expecting that

We loved the little touch of fruit, water and chocolates left in the room. With a cute card from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety of food and options for gluten free.
Great walking distance to everything you need
The lighting in the far side of the room was very dark.
