The location was my main reason for booking this location
The first two rooms had a terrible smell, and I had bugs in my bed, the final room was much better since it was an allergy-free room. My opinion is all the rooms should be “allergy free”.

We were sent to the wrong room that wasn’t cleaned at first check in

The breakfast was good. The staff was great.
The water was not hot in the shower, despite then saying they fixed it. The shower drain was broken. The indoor jacuzzi was broken the whole 6 days. The hotel did not offer free water, even as refill. The bar was always closed. One of the elevators was scary!
