There isn’t anything to dislike but I wish they still served a proper Buffett breakfast like they used to do many years ago when we first started coming lol 😂

Extremely happy. Great location. Very helpful staff. Such comfortable beds and mattresses. Pool was lovely.
Nothing, if I had to say anything slightly more up to date electrics for charging perhaps some usb ports but thats really being picky as everything’s else was great.

I really liked the supplies provided in the room. Although the refrigerator ice maker didn’t work and I needed more pots, the kitchen was spacious with everything necessary to make food. I thought the pool area was also nice, and although you can hear people outside, you can’t hear people above or next to you. The location was also very convenient- restaurants were everywhere and ICON Park is literally across the street if you want to do something close by.
We had a two bedroom suite and the room with the king bed hardly had any room. I also noticed that although the counters, showers, utensils and such were clean, it didn’t seem like the floor was mopped. I wiped up a couple of things from the floor. You also have to ask for the sofa bed bedding. When I requested it, it was provided quickly even though it was late at night. However, when my dad and I started putting on the sheets, we noticed some bad staining that had to be blood. They provided another quickly, but that added to my cleanliness concerns.

I really liked the space in the living room and kitchen. It's a good location, not too far from the universal parks. Vanessa at the front desk was amazing! Super informative, kind and professional. She went out of her way and beyond to help us.
The freezer was broken. It didn't provide any ice. We had to constantly ask for a bag of ice downstairs. There's no ice machine nearby to use. The door to the bedroom kept closing on it's own and wouldn't stay open. It also wasn't properly installed cause it kept hitting the furniture, shaking the TV every time. The shower drain didn't drain. It was clogged to the point of reaching the ankles. The shower curtain was dirty. Neither of the TV's were smart. Disappointing.
