Everything about the property was great. Perfect location for universal.
The only negative comment would be heavy smell of pot being used by exit doors.

Was really surprised to know that the hotel did NOT offer any housekeeping services. The guest is expected to do the cleaning, wash the bathrooms, etc. on a daily basis. We went on a leisure trip and NOT to work there. This was really disappointing and spoiled our mood during the 10 nights' stay. At least the hotel should put this information as facilities NOT available for the customers to take an informed decision.
