It was very cleaned and close to everything. It was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and the view from our room was nice.

This 2-bedroom unit was a short drive by car to Universal Studios and was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Check-in process was very easy; all details explained in email. Easy free onsite parking. Price was fair for the area and time of year. Had to pass on the offer of extra savings if I booked a timeshare presentation (not enough time on this short trip); maybe next time. I would definitely return in future.

Great stay beautiful grounds and accommodation
Jake was a great host, but the property was so nice and well kept that we did not have to reach out for anything property related. We will definitely consider another stay. Location was everything!!

There were 4 elevators in building A and only 1 was working. Also and if you are in building A you need to go to the main area for ice. The workout facility is ok but I had to have the door unlocked during regular hours. WiFi should be free it’s like electricity today.

The place was beautiful. It was nice and spacious. Both rooms were great for privacy from one another. It is in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for universal
Only issue was the swimming pool area is very shady because of the height of hotel but this gave you a wonderful view at night of all the city lights. otherwise everything was really good. Was lucky to have such a great holiday just before COVID.
