Excellently maintained property with very clean and comfortable bedding. Beautiful scenic grounds on the river with well maintained gardens and bbque areas.
The kitchenette was well stocked with everything to prepare a home cooked meal.
The staff was very helpful and let us do laundry. The young man at the desk was friendly and down to earth and the cleaning lady was also very kind and helpful.
There was a little shop for tackle, personal care and food items.
I was really sick from cancer treatment when I stayed at this hotel, and had the best sleep Ive had all year as the beds were clean and comfy. The sheets were so fresh and it was a bit out of town so very quiet.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Terrace area.

Old school motel
8 units with kitchenette,Your own picnic table covered by 6' eaves.
Renovated bathrooms
6 units directly overlooking the river, stunning view, especially during spring ice break up..
lots of clean bbq,s.
Dog friendly with adjacent forest for walkies.
Great staff and service.
Peaceful area 3 kms outside of town
Away from the dodgy downtown.
People hardly ever tip the cleaners ,they work much harder than a waiter who only carries your food from waist high to waist hi tables .
Whereas cleaners have a very physical job.
This little rant applies to all accomadation.

The cooking unit and full size fridge. Property was maintained and is next to the river. It was located outside of town but still close enough to town.
Room needed more of a deep cleaning and some repairs from wear and tear.
