DO NOT EVER STAY HERE - IT IS DISGUSTING

absolutely nothing at all. We had paid for 2 nights and only stayed for one. It was too disgusting to stay for a second night. Booking.com you need to remove this property from your listing.

The accommodation had a dripping hot tap in the bathroom that made it like a sauna and all the clean towels were wet. There was mould on the walls and something red sprayed all over the roof and floor that was dripping. We dared not use the bathroom. The kitchen was disgusting with filth everywhere. Broken and dirty and unusable pots and pans. Nothing available to put in the oven for cooking diner. Cracked and awful utensils and cultery. The fridge did not work and our frozen food defrosted and some had to be thrown away. The property gave us a better pan to cook dinner and had to bring up another small bar fridge to keep our food cold. It was the most disgusting accommodation we have ever encountered.

Great location

Microwave, fridge, coffee maker were all plugged into one outlet in the kitchen, breaker blew in the morning and no staff were available to help us reset it, so we had no power in the suite in the morning.

We refused to stay

We didn’t even end up staying as the place wasn’t as advertised. Was run down and unkempt.. felt we should have gotten our money back but weren’t able to

It was very worn out , the curtains had lies in them and were ripped , and were flapping in the breeze

worst hotel ever stayed in.

bed was ok.

Hotel lied about the location. GPS shows address downtown Canmore and it’s actually 15 mins out of town. Hotel refused to discount for false advertising. The bathroom was dirty and stained. The lamp in room gave me quite the electric shock and we noticed the cord was tapped up and dangerous after. False advertising rooms were very run down and not like online pictures. Very over priced. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Health and saftey should investigate this place.

Amazing room for money paid can’t really beat the price comfortable sleeping

Rooms are quite dry and could use a good steam clean at the very least on carpets or be replaced other then that fantastic!

bed was clean, room was simple, bathroom floor was cracked but its an older building and we had no towels but when i called to get some they brought it up within 5 minutes. Very nice staff. I knew what to expect when i booked here, and it is an older place but perfect if you just need a place to lay your head. In all honestly when you're in beautiful country like the Canmore /Banff region, who needs a big spacious hotel room when you just need a place to sleep

Pleasant

Easy check in and check out. Typical motel type of stay nothing fancy. Location is nice and really close to Canmore. Gas station and convenience store are right outside.

Room was very hot, there are fans in there for a reason. It was alright considering it a budget stay. Hard water in the showers.

The room and its bathroom were big and it had parking space. Person in charge was not charming but very helpful.

We did not expect any of what was there.

Am very sorry, but we did not like anything about this particular hotel, but our money was refunded promptly, and we found another place to go to.

Absolutely everything, but we are not young and am sure a younger couple would find it a safe and secure place to stay.

no A/C in the rooms although there are fans. Its very much like a hostel so there are many people cooking and occasionally the smells are overpowering.

Nothing in particular. Overly priced, very untidy and unclean. Staff were uncooperative. Very sketchy people in other rooms

The whole two days stay for very poor and unclean. The whole property needs a deep clean. It has no AC and the bathroom was falling apart.

Other than no wi fi. It was a good experience.

It was quiet and peaceful. Everything inside worked great. I really appreciated the free coffee. The staff was very polite and helpful. All things considered, it was a good experience. And it had a magnificent mountain view.

I had no wi fi and the vent window wouldn't close all the way in.

A great location and value in a very overpriced Canmore valley region. Its not super modern or decorated but works well enough for a place to sleep in the mountains.

Terrible. Why would Booking.com list a hotel like this?

Room was mostly clean.

Appearance - rundown, dated, trash everywhere, dark hallways. Desk manager spoke very poor English. Way overpriced. Would never have booked this if had known the pathetic condition of this hotel.
