Breakfast was great! You kept everything filled, fresh and hot. One of the best hotels we stayed at where breakfast was included. My boys loved the strawberry waffles.
The showers /bathrooms were not as cleaned as I would have liked. Specifically the mold around the pipes, etc. I'm a neat freak, so I'm a little picky with that.
I did clean the bathroom myself upon arrival and there was not much to clean so it wasn't bad.

The location was great for the Metairie parades and we walked over to Family Gras. It smelled clean and the breakfast was ok.
The staff I dealt with on check in was very unfriendly, she presented as if I was a bother. The beds were like laying on concrete. There was never any “hot” water, it was like warm at best for our whole stay. And when I asked about getting more towels/washcloths I was told I could only get 2. The housekeeping staff only made our beds and emptied trash when they “cleaned”. Carpets weren’t vacuumed and nothing was wiped down anywhere. We ran out of toilet paper and they didn’t restock it upon “cleaning”.
