Very convenient place on the beachfront. Near bus stop 6, so you could easily go around the island. Skiathos seems quite pricey, so even it was over my budget it was a good option for me. Would recommend.

Very close to the beach, 2 minutes by walk.
Faboulos sea view from the balcon.
Supermarket, bus stop is close. Skiathos town is 20 minutes by walk.
We saw dolphins from the beach.
The road was a bit noisy.

Proximity to the beach
Basic as expected. Largish shower
Clean bedding and towels on alternate days
Large balcony with lovely view
Kettle, sandwich maker, boiling rings and large fridge with separate freezer compartment
Owner was helpful and gave us a lift back to the airport
Bathroom door making horrendous noise as it scraped on the floor

The location is fifteen minutes from the town, along the road or via the beach.
The beach is just across the road from the hotel.
There is an excellent bakery/coffee house directly next door, which opens at 7am
The room we chose was not available on arrival which having travelled all day was disappointing but this was remedied by the owner.
The rooms were basic and clean but a little expensive, however, it was Skiathos in the height of the season.
