Very nice stuff and convenient location

The breakfast area can be improved

The room was great, beautiful and comfy. Also it is in a really small town, so it is in the center, very convenient to get other transportation for the lakes. The breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly. We will suggest this place :)

We were delighted by our stay here. Staff were lovely. Good value discount breakfast for $10. The room was modern and clean. There was a shoe drier in the room. Plenty of space in the room with additional seating. Plenty of parking.

Steam room a bit old and smells musty.

Basic hotel although there was a steam room and hot tub.

Location very far from any good restaurants. Better to stay in Banff. Cannot enter restaurants in Lake Louise for dinner as it’s reserved for hotel guests there. Breakfast very basic. Nightly rate too expensive for the offering.
