When we first came in all the staff was hospitable. India was working the front desk. She asked if she could store our bags while our room was getting ready. She was so kind and friendly. She gave us the best welcome which set the tone for our stay
In my room the heat was on 75 degrees and I could not change it no matter how much I tried. I didn’t complain because I figured the alternative was to change rooms and I liked the space I had. Also the shower dripped onto a metal plate which I ended up putting a wash cloth down to muffle the “pinging” sound it made all night.

The decor in the lobby and rooms was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was very good.
The bathroom did not meet the standard I am used to at this location. The toilet was running constantly, the showerhead was leaking, and the shower and sink area were not very clean—with rust buildup and a little mold around the shower. I know they clean every day, and it is a hotel policy; maybe cleaning should be done every day to keep everything in the best possible working order.

Staff was very nice and helpful considering there was a power outage that affected the use of the elevators making them inoperable. We were on the 9th floor, had to use the stairs for our first full day.
Breakfast was terrible. Housekeeping was terrible, only can to the room one day our of 4, and only left new towels, did not tidy up the room or make the bed.
