L'emplacement au calme mais proche de commerces. Très belle vue sur la skyline et possibilités de balade au bord de l'Hudson river.
La proximité du bus 158 qui nous emmène facilement à Port authority ( entre 20 et 40 minutes selon la circulation, trajet agréable car vue skyline).
Le cadre simple mais propre et douillet, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié ainsi que l'ambiance feutrée ont vraiment été un plus pour attaquer nos journées. Nous étions aussi très contents de regagner l'hôtel après nos visites et nous ressourcer pour le jour suivant.
Je précise que nous étions avec 3 enfants de 11,15 et 17 ans du 16 au 26 avril. Nous n'avons jamais eu envie de ressortir le soir. Si cela avait été le cas l'hôtel n'est alors peut-être pas idéalement situé.
Parfois la douche était un peu froide et il fallait laisser couler l'eau. Avant notre arrivée j'ai envoyé un mail au sujet d'un éventuel check-in tardif si retard de l'avion. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.

Un día no hubo agua caliente y tocó el baño con agua helada, tardaron la mañana en solucionarlo.
Hubo dos noches alarma por fuego, con evacuación pero fueron falsa alarma

The whole stay was good!Especially the helpful staff and the breakfast. 30 minutes to Manhattan by bus. We liked the huge room and the bed was very comfortable.

Nous avons adoré notre grande chambre spacieuse et son grand lit douillet, c’était idéal avec des ados et très bien équipée avec sa kitchenette et tous les produits consommables fournis: produit pour le lave-vaisselle, produit vaisselle, sopalin, gel douche, shampoing, après shampoing…. Bien pratique en vacances.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner changeait tous les jours, on se réjouissait d’aller prendre le petit dej, très copieux et varié.
Le personnel est adorable, souriant et très compétent.
Le mini bémol est qu’il faut prendre la bus chaque jour pour aller à NYC et du coup on rentre tard et on ne peut pas se faire des petites pauses ressourcantes à l’hôtel dans la journée, vu qu’il faut compter 25 mins pour chaise trajet.

Unterbringung für NY Verhältnis super. Mit dem Bus No158 je nach Verkehr im Lincoln Tunnel zügig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück voll ausreichend. Ganztägig ein sehr guter Kaffee verfügbar. Das große Bett top. Die zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit vollkommen ausreichend.

intended to stay for 3 days. 1st night with hot water! 2nd morning to 3rd morning , no hot water. and early leave. just one night of refund. poor receptionist had to deal with everything, manager disappeared, no call… also, no room cleaning if you don’t inform 24hours before. and do not accommodate in this hotel during holidays (Christmas, new year, thanksgiving ) because no room service assistance due to holiday.
