Breakfast, friendly staff

First room had no shower curtain. No house keeper was on shift to accommodate me . Front desk moved me to a new room.

Very nice, spacious hotel with an nice pool and courtyard. I did not eat there but they offer both a breakfast and complementary heavy appetizers in the evening. The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. It was also very quite despite quite a few families. Parking was easy and free. I would definitively stay there again.

The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of items to choose from. However, the coffee was cold at times. When we brought this to the attention of a staff member, their response included an under-the-breath remark that came across as unprofessional. A more welcoming and courteous response from the staff would have made the experience much better.

The hotel's location was great, and there was plenty of parking, which was a plus. However, the hotel itself could use some upgrades and renovations. The bathroom in our room had a crack, the rugs looked old and stained, and some areas of the wallpaper were worn or starting to come apart. Overall, the location and parking were good. I feel that we paid too much for the room, especially considering its overall condition. The room and bathroom are definitely in need of upgrades and renovations. For the price we paid, I expected better accommodations and a more updated, well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not reflect the price.
