Our AC in our room didn’t work - took us 2x to call front desk to have engineer come fix and he wasn’t able to solve the problem so they gave us a fan as an alternative.

Spacious smells great amazing staff Bella at front desk.

The nearest elevator to my room was down but i took the walk and stair as cardio.

I did not like your phone bank. I wanted to speak with the front desk at the location I was going to stay but the automated prompts were too cumbersome!

Location is good, The room was nice (corner room), with fridge. Price was fair and beside the clatter of the AC unit, it was quiet and peaceful. Ample parking.

No ice machines in the Hotel. I called the desk, they told me the ice was in the lobby, I came down and there was no ice. They said they would deliver to my door, they did but they didn't knock, they just left a bag of ice outside my door so when i checked, it was half melted. The AC unit clattered all night. The "Mineral" hallway was humid and smelled like mold and it felt like the AC in the hotel was off. No coffee machine in room. This place is so big, you need to walk around for an hour to get acclimated. A million never ending hallways, kind of like in the book "the house of leaves".
