All the staff was helpful. We had a really nice room. We liked that there was a good steak house right across the parking lot. That was convenient for dinner plus we got a hotel discount for eating there. The only thing I didn't like is that because the breakfast area is up a flight of stairs my husband and I ate downstairs. It was a nice area and one of the employees asked us what we wanted and brought it for us. But it's not the same as picking out your own food and deciding what you want and how much.

Overall it was surprisingly quiet despite being almost full on a Saturday night. Beds were comfy. Climate control was ok, room could be heated up well. The breakfast was good. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to please.
The showers although clean seem a bit old. The provided bar of soap seemed cheap.

Location was great - very walkable. Frequent trains at night tight behind the motel.
Hot tub wasn’t working, beds seemed OK but not a comfortable sleep.
