Comfortable room, good location
There was no coffee system in the room. Apparently BW does not want the competition???!
Considering the relatively high price for the room (similar or more than other BW rooms we were in on our trip)I felt this was a big factor

Breakfast was excellent. The lady who took my order and went upstairs to get it for me was lovely and so accommodating. She checked several times to see if I needed anything else.
Desk people on check-in and check-out were pleasant.
Toilet was raised and had a grab bar which was essential.
The "accessible" suite had a tub/shower combination which meant no shower for a person with mobility issues who needed a walk-in shower.
Having the breakfast room upstairs meant not accessible for person with walker. While arrangements had been made for delivery of food, it meant not eating with friends.
Bed was just a couple of inches too high making it difficult for a short person to get into.
Most tv channels said that there was no subscription for them so viewing was limited.
