Location was great for my situation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with the AC on cold! Perfect for July in the south.

It was very clean and accommodating
The front staff was very helpful and kind! Went above and beyond! Even sent me a text to make sure if we had everything we needed. Very impressed!! They even took the time to take our first family cruise photo for us outside the hotel!

Good location
Elevator is scary, dogs barking on our floor was very bad. Phone didn’t work in our room.

Convenience
Terrible sewage smell in room. They gave us another room which was somewhat better. The hotel is pretty worn out lots of rust and mold in bathroom.
