very clean, good location (be happy once all the road work on the interstate exchange is completed) very friendly and he

nice location and clean facilities

had a problem with the A/C but the staff was able to correct the issue within minutes

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

They gave us the wrong room and my daughter and I walked in on a scary naked man. Staff seemed unfazed by that. They then gave us a king room for four people. Brought us a dirty roll away with a used toothbrush, rotten food, and dirty linens. Staff wasn’t fazed by that either. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

This was a very comfortable overnight stop on the way to our destination.

It was close to the interstate. Very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were available.

Not a large variety of restaurants nearby.

The best Hampton I've ever stayed at

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns, and this is the cleanest, most comfortable and well maintained of all. Staff were very friendly and helpful, too. The Fitness room even has a Peloton!

Though it looks very nice and clean, the comforter on the bed is so heavy and too warm., yet there is no blanket if the sheet is not warm enough

Nice room

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which makes traveling a little lighter.

The traffic going in and out of the main street. Controls for thermostat.

Location and checkin was easy. Staff was very friendly.

Shower curtain was old & ripped, floors felt dirty, and random towels mixed in. Right next to ice machine so that was super annoying.

Convenient location, for the most part there were very nice staff at desk and in the Bfk area

It was not as clean as some of them we have stayed in but it seems older. Pillows were all soft (flat).

Exceptional

Easy check-in. Night time desk clerk very pleasant and helpful. Very clean facility. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Great variety for breakfast. Biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs/cheese omelets, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, waffles, 4 types of juices: apple, cranberry, kiwi-strawberry, orange juices, apples, bananas, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

Price for the stay was a bit steep, but the place was clean and accommodating and provided us with a good night's sleep and great breakfast. We stood waiting 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk in check-out, but no one came. A little unusual to not be able to do the one-on-one farewell. Takes away that ending correspondence in expressing our thanks and walking away with a smile from the southern hospitality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

For a Enjoyable Stay, Hampton Inn is the place.

I enjoyed the pool and fitness center plus the staff was extremely nice

when I got into my bed, the top sheet was crumbled below my feet letting me know that the bed wasn’t throughly made someone had just pulled up the bedding so it looked like it was made. plus these mattresses should be flipped as my mattress had a sunken in uncomfortable feel to it. the pillows are like marshmallows too soft for my taste. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Fabulous staff- comfortable but dates rooms and atmosphere

Toie, (Patty White) the attendant for breakfast, went above and beyond and was so sweet. She made us feel as though we were in her kitchen and at a B&B- absolutely a treat and it made us look forward to staying on our return trip the next week. Toie was such a kind and attentive employee as well as Brittany. I will mention, that on our return trip, our Toie who we truly care about because of her kindness and welcoming personality, did seem a bit stressed by her tall thin helper in the kitchen who was not kind- and snapped at a number of guests and children who were eating at the same time that we were. I hope that employee can possibly be retrained as to the importance of kindness and a smile- I did not like seeing Toie doing the majority of the work and appearing stressed after we thoroughly enjoyed our time the trip down and had looked forward to seeing her again. Toie deserves a kind and thoughtful partner who will share the duties and be kind to her and reflect the homey atmosphere that Toie creates. We also enjoyed Brittany, she truly does go above and beyond as well as Toie.

The tall, thin and disgruntled employee who was working in the kitchen area with Toie. She was not friendly (bad day?) and was snapping at children and adults alike and appeared to be creating a stressful work environment- we hated to see that as Toie really goes out of her way to be kind, welcoming and create a homey atmosphere for all the guests. I also did not like the $204 dollar room price- the room did not reflect the price as it was dated and all features did not work as they should and needed repairs (walls, lamp not working, prong stuck in outlet so I was not able to use my phone bedside, shower needed caulked, dated "pleather" sofa, etc.) Truly- we only kept our return stay because both Toie and Brittany were such a treat. Many other nearby hotels offered lower rates.

Very clean and updated rooms, exceptionally nice bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The breakfast was good, plenty of choices for both food and drink and friendly staff available if you needed any assistance. So much better than what was available during Covid, would not travel if restrictions were ever reinstated.

extremely clean. breakfast was very good.-lots of choices especially considering we needed gluten free. surprised that pre made omelets could be so tasty. staff took good care of breakfast area

we were pleased with our stay,

the room was convenient, clean and comfortable. the breakfast had a nice variety of items.

the heating unit in our room (310) was very noisy making clicking noises. the loud fan in the bathroom ran continuously.

We had a great time visiting Columbia visiting family.

The lady at the breakfast bar was very helpful and had a great attitude.

There was debris under our bed. Because we were staying for 3 nights, we were told that we would not receive daily housekeeping unless we made a special request. I think that if we are paying the same price for each night, we should at the very least get the room straightened out, bed made and trash removed without having to make a special request each day.
