We've stayed at this Hilton in the past and it's always a great experience. This past weekend was our wedding anniversary. I asked if there was anything special that could be done and we were gifted a bottle of wine, two glasses and chocolate covered strawberries. It was far more than I expected. They'll, definitely, have us as patrons in the future.

I didn't like that we were only there for one night.

Staff was friendly, helpful and just wonderful!

The location is great

The staff did the bare minimum, not rude but not friendly, hardly made eye contact. It was a far cry from the “go above and beyond” attitude that used to be the norm for the staff at this hotel. The hotel itself felt pretty run down and didn’t look like it’s been super well cared for, unfortunately. I used to come here a lot when the hotel was new. This was my first time visiting in 15 years and I was so excited, but unfortunately it was a bit of a let down. For the 4 star classification this hotel has, I expected better (like it used to be). I do not feel that the price was even remotely worth what you get in exchange. The room smelled bad, the bed was weird, the bathroom had hair in it. Big disappointment, especially since this was a splurge for us after a loss in our family.
