Easy in and out of the parking lot. Comfortable stay.
The tv was on the fritz the second night.

It was very close to the Easton shopping areas. And the pool was clean and nice, kids loved it!
The pillows were AWFUL! The bathroom was not the cleanest. Looked like a flipper bought the hotel, threw some pain on the door(which was water damaged and warped) and walls to “update it” and called it a day. Room was huge but the beds were nothing luxurious or like normal hotel rooms. They were on a normal metal frame like we have at home unlike most hotels that are on a one piece stand so items can’t get pushed under the bed. Breakfast was blah! Waffles was the only good thing honestly.

This hotel was great. It was in a good location; the room was nice, large, and clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing (SO GOOD!!). They also had full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/hand soap/hand lotion which was a great amenity.
The only fault I had with this hotel was that they only had one working elevator while I was staying which was frustrating.

The staff were horrible. Specifically, there was a woman named Tyler, who id African American. She knows nothing about customer service. When I asked for the amenities that were empty in the bathroom, she just told me to wait until her husband answers the radio or go to Walmart to buy the things that we need. I could 't believe what I heard so I asked again, and she just said that very naturally like she saiid this to other customers so many times before. I asked "you said that i need to wait until your husband to answer your call and get the amenities to my room or I should go to Walmart to buy them? " Then she said "yes! " I paid over 200 dollars for one night and there was no shampoo and conditioner that my family needed right away after my son's tournament and we needed to join the team dinner party. After 40 minutes waiting, the staff's husband got us the items! The staff didn't even say sorry or sound sorry. She was so rude! When I wanted to talk to the manager, she said I need to wait until Monday since it is weekend, there is no manager!! I have never experience this terrible customer service at any hotels. I was soooooo disappointed at the staff service and breakfast and the slowest and squeaky elevator!! I wasted my valuable money. I will write review everywhere that I could do about this awful hotel!! We are a big fan of Columbus so we often visit, but I will never ever stay at this hotel and I will let every person that I know be aware of this place!! I can't believe this happened!!

The location was good.
We were very disappointed with this Hampton. Our bathroom was still dirty when we arrived. The air conditioner was extremely loud. In the morning at 7 there was hardly anything to eat at breakfast. We stay at Hamptons especially because we know we will get a hot breakfast. Not this time. Very sad!

The pool area was freezing, we did not get clean towels the second day, house keeping did not come in at all.

Breakfast is excellent. Scrambled eggs, sausage (link and patty) plus potatoes. in addition, yoghurt and bagels rounding out the menu. All well prepared and presented. Decaf coffee where many hotels don't provide that.
Was disappointed in a couple areas. No computer terminal and printer for guests, which is useful for boarding passes (many travelers are not comfortable with QR boarding pass on their iPhones). More particularly the toilet in my room wasn't mounted securely to the sewer pipe riser. It wouldn't have taken much to tip it over with the predictable disaster. With finesse one could use it.

Breakfast was unfortunately my only disappointment. The potatoes were overcooked and inedible. The eggs had they been fresh and not the dregs might have been ok.

Clean and super spacious room (handicap-accessible room). Hotel is at a good location 20 minutes from downtown attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff.
They provide plenty of towels and soap etc, without needing stayover room service every day.
Expected queen beds, maybe I booked wrong, but it was not very wide for two adults.
The blinds were broken and didn't open even halfway. The controls were also messed up, pressing Close opened them and pressing Open closed them.

Worst beds I've slept in in a very long time. Tossed and turned all night back hurt in the morning. Incredibly uncomfortable.

We loved the breakfast. The shampoo and conditioner was good too.
Would have liked more fruit verity and yogurt would have also been good. The waffle mix ran out as well. The conditioner in our room ran out. The pool was cold.

The lobby area was very clean.
The first room we were in had an infestation of ants coming from the heating system.
Staff was nice enough to switch us to another room.
The next room had no hot water and the sink outside the bathroom clogged when you ran water.

Checking in the front desk lady was nice.
Breakfast was okay. The day checking in the front desk lady was nice looked friendly. The other 2 days the other lady behind the desk looked mean and wasn't friendly. Beds weren't comfy, rooms were hott, people were being loud and making noise until midnight, didn't get much sleep at all..

Not a thing
When we checked into our room found a receipt on the floor which indicates to me not a thorough clean of the room. We asked for it to be cleaned and the entire time we were here we were told we don’t know if we can get to it There are signs up in the bathroom that indicate how much they take care by making sure rooms are clean and upon request rooms will be cleaned The blind in our room was broken and wouldn’t go down the whole way. 1st night I was woken by 6 police cars in the parking lot searching a car.

Comfortable beds.
We arrived and the bathroom was dirty with a dirty diaper on the floor. We brought it to the attention, the receptionist and she was rude and confrontational. She then moved us to another room that did not have the required beds so we overpaid for a stay. We were requested a refund and she said she would speak to her manager, but made no effort to help us out.

Our short stay was almost perfect.
On Tuesday morning the 26th we arrived to the dining area for breakfast at 9AM. Breakfast was being served until 10AM. My granddaughter asked for waffles and was immediately and rudely told by a lady that they weren’t making anymore. At that point we checked out and went somewhere else for breakfast before we headed home. The lady’s attitude and the way she talked to my granddaughter was shocking.

Elevator was very unreliable and was definitely experiencing issues during our stay. Did not feel safe to ride in.

Great place to stay with elementary aged kids, they liked the pool and thought the room was super luxurious. Location was great, breakfast wasn't gourmet but there were plenty of options for 3 picky kids. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly, parking was no issue.
The pool was on the small side and the temperature was cold, the kids didn't mind but I could only swim for a few minutes.

Location is awesome! Walking distance to many many places. Parking lot is big. Rooms are nice.

The hotel has a great location with ample spaces outside to freely park if you have a car. Very close to the airport only 13 mins drive and close to lots of amenities, like Walmart, Sam's Club, and a mall right across. The room is decent, We booked a 2-bed room family suit, however, I have stayed at better places with the same price.
Rooms are small, and a 2-bed family suit does not offer a proper kitchenette, space to store your luggage is small for a family of 6 so I would recommend it for smaller families, Some staff members are polite while others are rude. Breakfast timing needs to be enhanced, considering that on vacation the breakfast is finished at 9 am. This should be extended. Also, the checkout time should be increased to 12 pm instead of the current 11 am to match international hotel standards.

The room was decorated well. Enough room to walk around but also enough furniture.
The bathroom door wouldn’t close completely. It slides left to right but when sliding right to close it it would leave a few inches gap. So if going to the bathroom in the middle of the night the light shines out and water running, toilet flushing is not muffled at all for the other person trying to sleep. The bed also was very firm, some people like that.
