perfect hotel near broadway

it was two blocks from the broadway strip, you could walk everywhere

we had to pay for parking even though we were on motorcycles and didn’t use the parking garage. I didn’t have to pay the last time I stayed here, but I wasn’t going to argue.

Great Stay!!!

Breakfast was top notch The support staff at the buffet in the mornings were exceptional. As were the cleaning staff. The front desk staff were nice but sometimes a tad overwhelmed. Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellente situation proche de toutes les distractions

En fonction du prix des deux jours nous pensions que le ménage serait fait le premier soir ? non chambre pas faite. Lits a faire serviettes de toilette non remplacées. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire. Erreur sur le prix des chambres .... Personnel accueil peu aimable. Refus catégorique de règlement cash.

Nice hotel and convenient location.

Room was large and quiet. Location of hotel was very convenient to Broadway and Country Music Hall of Fame Museum.

Hotel taxes were ridiculously high.

It's time for a remodel!

Included breakfast was great - lots of variety.

The whole building felt like Detroit - hallways too wide for under use, kind of run down. Our shower was not functional - water squirted everywhere from the hose attachment, drenching the ceiling and then the floor of the bathroom. :(

Charge a lot of money for little in return

Location was good. Breakfast was satisfactory with lots of options.

No where on their website does it say anything about parking or fees. When we got there we were charged 45 dollars a day! I paid over 900 dollars for 3 days and was then charged another 135 dollars!! Housekeeping never stepped foot in our room the whole time. Trash was overflowing, towels were not picked up. ( No we did not have a do not disturb sign on the door) And at no point did anybody say we would have to ask for service) I’ve never stayed anywhere that housekeeping didn’t come in everyday or at least every other on an extended stay! We were also charged for somebody’s bar tab that wasn’t ours. I will never stay there again.

They have a fantastic breakfast. It was nice being 2 blocks of the main.

Clean and great location.

We stayed in a two king suite. Room was huge and comfortable.

At 11pm they lock the lobby doors which is not a bad thing but the security person that greets you treats you like your not good enough to be staying at this hotel. We went to a concert at the Fisher Center and it was after 11pm when we returned to the hotel. There is a 24 hour front desk but they still lock the door for security. I am 64 years old and splurged to stay here for my birthday. I have never been treated like I wasn’t good enough to be at a hotel before.

Very nice stay, hotel needs a little updating for the price

Location was great, staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

All the furniture is so worn, and dirty. Stains on carpet in room.

Near the venue of our conference

My friend whom I invited to joined us experienced disrespect from one of the receptionist. The guy was so fresh and humiliated our friend and not hospitable to accommodate what he needs

Superb

The staff was outstanding. They were attentive and accommodating. Excellent breakfast every morning (best I've encountered in the industry).

Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel has a few minor cosmetic issues, but those are minimal.

very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, breakfast is good.

Not really a Hampton Inn problem, however the homeless that congregate around hotel are a problem, particularly when you are walking every where. This is second stay in past 3 months and encountered same issue.

Good location and close to Nissan stadium for the concert we went to.

I paid for a room with 2 queen beds at 513.00. Got there only to find out they changed us to a room with 1 king bed at the same price. 😫

Superb

The staff were amazing!!

Temperature inside hotel was way too warm and double eye infection from 2 feather pillows that were on the bed that I didn't know about.

Good hotel. Good service. Location not bad at all.

The breakfast was really good. Maybe some biscuits and gravy could be added.

The view. We looked out onto a dumpster and homeless people sleeping on sidewalks. Other than that it was just other buildings. No view at all.
