The kitchen area was locked one morning so we weren’t able to use it.

Comfortable space, great staff. Outdoor sitting area allowed for socialization and drying of scuba gear. Communal kitchen allowed for simple cooking of meals and clean up.
The porch lights shine through the slatted blinds making sleep difficult for me. Heavy / blackout drapes would help.
The shower pull did not work effectively causing over 2/3 of the water to go straight down the drain instead of into the shower fixture. Very wasteful

Surrounded by nature, cottage feel, cosy, clean, comfortable amenities, very nice cleaning lady and the owner was very accommodating. I appreciated the communal kitchen with amenities and fresh cream for my coffee.
The wifi wasn’t available and it’s a 10 minute drive into town.

Situated in a scenic corner of Ontario lies this little quant motel. It has a safety situated fire pit, a barbeque and a kitchen with full size fridge that you can share with the other guests. There is a lovely green space well decorated with plenty of outdoor chairs and tables that are all clean and comfortable. There are no carpets.
The motel has been left and has been run down over the years. New owners have taken this over just a couple months back and they have some work ahead of them. With wobbly toilets gaps under the door (that may lead in a spider or two.) , ratty lampshades, and blinds that definitely don’t hold the light out, are a few of the little things that could be fixed.
