The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay.

It was a great room for our needs and very large. It even has bath robes that we didn’t get a chance to use, but impressive regardless

The view of the river from the room
The staff are not the most friendly or helpful. We stayed at this hotel twice, once at the start of a cycling trip around the Gaspesie peninsula, and a second time 9 days later at the end. Our first stay was ok- our second was terrible because there was no hot water and we were not able to take hot showers. Staff were not helpful and it took a lot of back and forth to get honest answers about what was going on.
