Do not go here

Location

It was run all carpeting was filthy old worn and smelly, bedding was old there were covers on the box spring and mattress to try and hide the filth, it was disgusting, I would advise to avoid at all cost, we entered the room ,looked around and left ,even though we had already payed ,lost the entire amount.

Generally good, especially the kitchenette rooms. Staff were very helpful, especial Rayen.

Kitchenette room was good.

Rugs in non-kitchenette rooms prevented the fridge door from being opened. an elevator would have been useful for taking heavy luggage to the upper floor.

Good but could do better

I really like the staff members. They were really sweet. Everything was good except for a few things. Talking first about the location it was 20-25 minutes away from Banff downtown depending on the traffic which was okay for me as I enjoyed my drive from canmore.

I didn't like the bed. I started experiencing back pain from the second day I was there, as I booked it for 5 days 4 nights. I had no other options but to stay. The day I checked out I had to drive from canmore to Jasper it made my drive worse due to the pain. The bed quality can be improved. Apart from bed no other complaints. The second thing I didn't like was the cleaning service As i was staying for 4 nights I was told from the front desk as my stay was longer housekeeping will come and clean. They did come but changed towels only and didn't clean the room properly. I saw food crumbs on the carpet. Hair in the washroom floor.

needs updating and a deep clean but it’s a great location.

Hugo at the front desk was really helpful and friendly. location is great.

our room was FILTHY. we arrived quite late and the hotel was sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms. Instead, we went and bought Lysol wipes and had to wipe down the hard surfaces in our room. The nightstand was very clearly not cleaned with sticky marks all over it (that wiped up with Lysol so they weren’t just stains) and there was a disgusting ring in the bathtub. The carpets are old and dirty and the walls really need a thorough scrub. The beds were very hard but the pillows were good. Also, good water pressure (I’m looking for some of the redeeming features!) At more than $275 per night (no poop, hot tub or breakfast) this should be a lot better.

Good location with nice views.

Bed was not too comfortable ... did not use a fitted sheet so was messed quite easily.

Very good

Everything else was alright and adapted well to our necessities. I want to highlight the kindness of the staff. They helped us with everything we needed and they made us feel right at home.

The Inn was a bit old and not the cleanest (esp bedsheets and covers).

Actual physical keys for rooms with charge if lost. Bed was very hard, carpets really need to be cleaned. Massive 2-3 inch gaps at top and bottom of room door, enough to fit a hand in. Jacuzzi tub was so loud in bathroom was not very relaxing reason we booked the room

don’t have enough staff. I don’t have enough supplies. I like my coffee first thing in the morning and I don’t have milk or sugar. I have to wait tell 8 am to get my sugar and milk.😢😢
