Breakfast was okay. Not to rave about.
our aur conditioner was located directly beside our bed and the fan directly beside where I slept. Therefore the noise and air blowing out were nit pleasant

Everything was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good, kept clean and full. It was nice to be able to get coffee or tea to take up to my room upon returning from the hospital everyday.

Proximity to Casino and Mosaic Stadium
Beds were well used - should be updated. Soft and worn out.
Housekeeping didn't clean our room first night and we had to ask for the second night and a reminder before it was cleaned.
Breakfast downstairs had the coffee/decaf and hot water running out both mornings before 9:00 am. There wasn't any Earl Grey tea or Orange Pekoe tea bags only herbal in breakfast room. Had to run across lobby to get some packets from Front Desk supply.
24 Hour coffee and hot water ( front desk) ran out as well during the day.
Front Desk staff had no knowledge of any shuttles ( football game) and couldn't even tell us where it would stop or how to get information on it. When one travels to a different city then I would expect the hotel staff to be knowledgeable about certain attractions that would bring ppl to your city and hotel.
Definitely more and better training is required.
