The room design, the size of the bed, the staff
Temperature control was a little difficult. It could have been time of year (early Oct). Too cold outside of bed and too hot under the covers

The room with the Queen bed was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. The shower head was fantastic, water pressure was good and water temperature was hot. Made for a nice, relaxing shower after a full day away. The bed was very comfortable. I did have an issue on my first night but a quick call to the front desk had it resolved in a timely manner and overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
There wasn't any directory by the phone on how to contact the front desk and so I had to Google it then call it from the hotel phone when I encountered an issue on my first night stay. Perhaps the hotel can think to add one, unless there was and I missed it.

Extremely clean and check-in within a minute. We were staying in a renovated room with. Shower with 5 special jet on the wall and a rain fall.
