Pool was great, room was spacious and clean, air conditioning was working and breakfast was good, kids got to make their own pancakes so that was a great experience for them
I wish there was an ice machine on our floor. Kinda a pain to have to go all the way down to the lobby. And then it would’ve been nice if there had been one kids channel on the tv that was appropriate for younger kids. Like Peppa pig or something similar.

Loved the layout of the room with a separate mirrored area to get ready in and a desk with a mirror! Thank you! So many rooms only have the sink area in the bathroom so it’s hard for more than one person to get ready in the morning. I loved the pool area. Perfect after a long drive. Our room was so quiet. Best nights sleep on our 8 day trip. Lots of food options near too.

The included breakfast was top notch — we weren’t expecting any hot food at all, and that alone would make us come back. The staff were very friendly, and they even left a little gift and note for my kids when we checked into the room, which made their stay extra special. The pool was nice and the water was good, though the perimeter could use a bit of cleaning.
I was disappointed with the gym facility. I had planned to work out, but there wasn’t even a bench available — which feels like a very basic piece of equipment to be missing.
On top of that, the ice machine and vending machine on the 3rd floor were both out of order, each marked with simple paper signs. It doesn’t look great to have generic signs instead of proper branded ones.
