Very nice bed

Staff friendly. Rooms comfortable.
Continental breakfast was expensive for what we got. Hot food not very hot.
Housekeeping never came in our room. It was supposed to be checked every other day.
Toilets too low.

The location was great, and overall the property is beautiful. Not all pillows were down which is nice to have. The room was spacious, and they allow pets which made our evening easier with my friends dog who was with us. Staff was also very nice.
The ac situation was weird. We had it on 71F which normally would be perfect, it was too stuffy and warm so we dropped it down to 67F. Middle of the night we were so hot and the ac had shut off. We had to take it down to 65F to get it back up and running again. There was no fan in the bathroom which was odd. Bathroom could've been cleaned a bit better for over $300 a night- hair from a previous guest was on the floor. Lastly, we weren't able to open the window which was frustrating. We would've rather had fresh air for sleep, but that was not available.

Comfortable room, clean, but the bathroom was pretty small
Housekeeping did not refill the coffee pods, even on the day they actually did "housekeeping". Plus I was charged for 2 bottles of water that really should have been complimentary after staying three nights. Just another nuisance charge that these places are sticking us with nowadays. It was only 5$ but it was an insult.
