The hotel staff was excellent especially Jennifer she continuously checked in with me to make sure I was good and actually brought towels to my room and shower cap when house keeping had me waiting.
The only thing I disliked was that the toilet kept getting clogged up but they kept sending some one to fix it right away and the folks over me kept banging and stomping doing the hours I was trying to sleep . I think they purposely did that because security went to their room.

Location was great.
Parking was horrific and the South tower is dated.

Proximity to Metro
Old. The air conditioner was on all the time. It should stop once the desire temperature was achieved.
Breakfast was too expensive as well. For two people we had to pay over $90. The buffet was not even that good.
