EVERYTHING!! ..EVEN DOWN TO THE WARM COOKIES...😋

Well I admit I would have loved a little more economical breakfast...but it's ok.

Great place to stay

A good location for getting around to the sights of Washington, everything you need is close by including the metro. Shuttle service from the airport was quick and on time. I would stay here again!

It was OK. Not enough washcloths available for my family of 5.

The location was perfect. Close to malls, shopping areas, and restaurants. Scenery from the hotel of DC was beautiful.

Our room did not have a microwave. It was an older hotel and I thought the rooms rate were a bit pricey compared to others. It’s an OK hotel but I will be finding another hotel upon our return due to the room size/no microwave inside of room.

Nice stay during Easter

The hotel was fine. Room and lobby was great. Breakfast service was excellent.

The Skydome restaurant staff were rude. They refused to give us a table, put us on waitlist and never called back. They gave preference to outside reservations, not hotel guests. Bad business policies.

They only thing good about the property is the location.

They gave me the wrong room at check in then swore I was lying! Had to speak to a manger to get me the correct room I purchased which was king. The staff was nasty. Once placing me in another room it was still missing a microwave which also was supposed to come with my room purchased however they stated I would have to pay an extra fee for a microwave in my room even though I had already paid for it! Bathroom was filthy! Called room service for 2 hours waiting on 2 towels!!! I had to go to the front desk after the 5th call because they still weren’t on the way, just to be told someone had to bring them to me. Which took yet another hr! The light in the bathroom broke on night 1 so for the remainder of my stay I had to use the restroom/ shower in the dark! This hotel is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

I probably would not stay at this particular location again. It just wasn't the best for my family.

My son enjoyed spending time with his friends on his birthday.

During the 2 days prior to my arrival for my son's 13th birthday I had spoken to 3 different hotel staff that all provided me different information, which was very frustrating. I was expecting 2 connecting rooms and a suite across the hall or next to those rooms. Upon my arrival, my rooms were not connecting, the suite was on the opposite side of the hotel, the third room wasn't ready until well after 4pm, and we had to get ice from the lobby. There was no order in the parking garage, so we sat there for approximately 20 minutes waiting for people to move just to park, We love the Hilton, but this was not a great experience.

loved every minute of it, might be my new go to spot to book because of the convenience of location

I really enjoyed the spaciousness and the fact that it wasn't too far from dc to uber in and out of the city. It was clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good

when i checked in i think there was only one person on shift and quite a few people in the check in line so it took a while

I will definitely choose the Double Tree for future trips to the area.

The room was nice, though the shower has seen better days. It worked fine, but felt fragile. Staff was fantastic…professional, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Everything I needed was within a 15-minute walk.

I mentioned the shower, but it was not a deal breaker, just a minor annoyance.

Good location but the staff wasn’t as attentive and trained as you would expect from Doubletree

The amenities on site are very good, the market, the gym and bar.

The staff on check in were extremely slow checking in. There was a line of five people waiting to check in and there was only one attendant.

The stay was delightful.

It was delightful. Everything went smoothly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

It took us a while to get the air conditioning right.

Convenient location, short walk to Starbucks, room smelled stale, bed slept decent (needed more pillows)

It was in a convenient location, the lobby was cute.

The parking garbage was miniature and inconvenient and EXPENSIVE. The room smelled like mildew, a tad outdated.

The cost to stay was extremely too expensive The bathtub was dirty The bathtub stopper didn't work No soap Went to get ice, and the ice machine didn't work I was told by the staff to come to the front desk or go on certain floors to get ice. It was midnight !
