It was not crowded. Serounded by a mall and many restaurants and a nice breakfast.

The entire staff at the Homewood Suites Houston - Willowbrook Mall was incredibly welcoming, but I want to give a huge shout-out to Alejandra at the front desk. She was truly phenomenal. Despite a small hiccup with dirty dishes in my room at check-in, she handled the situation immediately with a smile. She also made extending my stay completely seamless. Her 'above and beyond' attitude made all the difference in my trip!

The staff and location was great
The pool was closed for repairs when we arrived, did not know or wouldn't have booked. Got to the room and the smoke detector was hanging, the toilet seat was almost off because of looseness, when you shower the tub is so skinny and cupped not comfortable at all to take a shower in.
