Size of the room and staff was excellent
The carpets weren’t vacuumed daily in the hall and the room itself. Our first room the shower didn’t work, so we had to move to another room. The second room didn’t have face clothes and the toilet had cleaning powder left in the entire bowl. Also ran out of facial tissues as well.

Convenient and clean.
Front desk staff, same women on arrival & departure made us feel like we were not welcome. When asked to have 1 of the 2 rooms put on other couples CC she took their card. At departure it did not happen. Asked to have it fixed and her reply was they never gave her their CC. If you really need it , I guess I can do it. Our friends said Wow, nice service and left. She was very rude. We will not be back!
