This was not good a representation of a Hilton Brand

The location was good for where we needed to go. We were able to find some good shopping and eatery places. Some of the staff seem very pleasant.

When we arrived no luggage carts were available and that was understandable with the fullness of the hotel, however, during the entire stay only one elevator was working so the wait times were very long. The halls and elevator were not as clean as they normally would be at a Hampton Inn or even any Hilton Brand. The food was horrible so we ended up eating breakfast out each day. The room normally has a microwave and refrigerator but this only had the fridge. Our stay was 4 days and 3 nights and we were supplied with 2 washcloths and I had to ask for 2 more. Now because I was working a little while there, the room had no lighting by the desk as normal, just a lamp by the bedside which I could not move to the desk area. They did not even have the floor lamp by the Lounge chase like normal. Top it all off the bed was very uncomfortable due to the sheets continuously popping off the edges and the TV had a spot in the middle of it as if it were going to go out at any given moment.

Theresa at the front desk is always awesome. My son is a freshman@JSU in the band so I stay there when I come in and I love the hotel and the customer service. I kinda get upset when I have to stay elsewhere when I'm in Mississippi because this is my 1st choice

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Jackson Coliseum from 8/14/23 to 8/16/23. We pre-paid for the trip in advance through Booking.com. At check-in we had to pay again. We complained to the manager and he agreed with us and wanted to cancel the double payment! No one answers and we paid twice for the hotel! Please get in touch immediately!

So many other choices, and I chose this!!

Nothing, staff not friendly at all, no room service with out a phone call to front desk, but phone in my room did not work, had to go to front desk to get towels. Water went out in my room. Out of 7 nights not once was my room cleaned!! Even after requested. Will never use this hotel again…

perfect stay

I was impressed with the staff (Antoinette, I believe) and also the cleanliness and size of the King Suite. Other staff were friendly as well. Tremendous value for the price as well.

What a great stay at Hampton Inn 😁

The entire place was so clean. As soon as you walk in you could smell that the staff had been cleaning. Our room was really nice and the bed was slightly firm but was so comfortable to me!! The breakfast was actually seasoned and we enjoyed it. We were visiting for an event at the Coliseum and the location was great. Directly across the road from the side entrance gate. Can't wait to visit again.

Everything exceeded my expectations, but on a very minor level the only thing I could even find that I could say anything on was the hot chocolate station was out most of the time. Like I said minor, but maybe just for a fyi.
