Pleasant

Building very old looking. Rooms very clean. Did forget to give us two cups for coffee. Breakfast okay.

Noise levels. (Kids screaming and running up and down hallways) Breakfast area was cramped and not much sitting area

Decent, but not perfectly accessible room.

Less than par continental breakfast. Too bad that COVID protocols were an excuse for individually wrapped disposable cups. Garbage containers beat out recycling. Best things on the “menu” were peeled boiled eggs, but carbs were highly processed breads and waffles. Good thing there was a Tim Horton’s next door!

Overall a pleasant experience with this Super 8 motel.

The room is spacious & clean. The capsule coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast is good. Although the selection is not wide (eg. no ham or cheese or fruit), the bagel & muffin are delicious and the Starbuck coffee is actually a strong brew good for international guests (as opposed to the diluted version favoured by locals). The air conditioner is a bit noisy but tolerable. The housekeeping staff has forgotten about the shower/shampoo gel but was quick to provide them when asked and was also very kind to bring an electric kettle for us.

great overall

everything was great however there was no coffee at 8:50 am in the breakfast area. continental breakfast until 10. Decent selection other than out of coffee a couple of mornings. not a big issue as each room has a keurig so I made my own. but real cream is only available in the breakfast area and I hate hate hate powdered coffee mate. The front desk staff (morning and evening) were all EXCEPTIONAL!!

nothing that I didn’t like. a minor inconvenience if coffee. not enough to deter me from staying again.

Exceptional

Great hotel. Friendly staff, very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Excellent soundproofing. The window of our room overlooked the highway, but there was no traffic noise at all. Very easy route from the Kelowna airport.

Good value and great for 1 or 2 nights

Large clean room with comfortable bed

Poor ingress/egress with one access very close to busy intersection, which made getting in & out difficult due to traffic backed up from intersection

Very good

Very quiet Comfortable king size bed. Large room with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Small continental breakfast included. Friendly staff. Very reasonable price and an easy drive into Kelowna.
