Great location...had appointment at "The Pyramids" and this was just blocks away. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants close.

The main area was clean, open and bright. It was enjoyable just to sit and relax.
Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the shower door dish by slide. I had to pick it up on the track and pull hard.

Check in experience was absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly and answered any and all of my questions. Room was clean and the beds where comfortable.
My only complaint is the pillows were too soft.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations and were quick to help with anything we asked, even with a full hotel. The breakfast was good. Even with several sports teams staying for a holiday weekend, we felt safe, our room was quiet, and we were taken care of.
At least 1 elevator was always out in the 1 night we stayed. You could tell it was undergoing a remodel, which looked good, but in each of our 2 rooms there were spots that had been muddied over and not painted, trim that was loose, and leather on seats pealing. It felt like the remodel wasn’t finished or had been rushed.
