The suite was nice and spacious
The unexpected $150 charge for per fee. I feel it was way too high and I wasn't prepared for that. They advertise pet friendly but no specific place for pets to relieve themselves. The morning breakfast was limited to options.

The staff were great
There was a damp smell permeating the corridors which was disgusting.
There was 1 lift working the first day…. Then that 1 lift was really sketchy … stopping at ground but not opening … several times., for next two days. We got out at level 3 with other guests and walked down. It was very disconcerting.
The fold out bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. My husband slept on it and I slept in bed with two adult daughters.
