garbage location, crack head area PLEASE DONT STAY

smells like smoke in the room , shady characters outside, not safe for family. creepy people approached my kids. false advertisement on booking.com. we didn’t stay

You get what you pay for.

Comfortable bed made the stay tolerable.

Shower did not work, TV did not work. Furniture was damaged. Painting above head of the bed was damaged.

People walking around outside, other tenants drunk and arguing outside their room. The room was cold, other than that it was fine.

The room was older but very clean.

It was way too hot. We turned the heat off completely but was still very hot all night

Horrid and left without spending night there. One month later and still no refund.

BED BUGS. Forty minutes to check in, as new person on their own, at reception. Room dirty. Crumbs on bed. Lipstick on sink. Floor dirty. Black staining on sheets from bed bugs. Grime on tiles. Bath had scum ring. Heater on full and could not control, so sweltering. Bed bugs moving on walls. Walked out of room.

pillows need to be more softer, and not really a place where you can park a truck and trailer easily.

Nice stay and friendly staff

Stuff was friendly and it was close to the Henderson pool.

Well priced and conveniently located; they improved quite a bit since our last stay:)

proximity to Japanese Gardens and downtown; quality of beds and linen nigh lamps and appliances

entrance door 1 inch short from the floor allowed cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes, and noise to enter the room

The Office door should have a sign saying it is the Office.

Both lamps didn’t work, nor did the heater. In the bathroom the floor, is cracked and the toilet is sinking bavkwards and down. Also, every time someone went out their door slammed waking me up. 2am, 2:25am, 4am.

Very pleased with the service and the room. Was older but clean and comfortable.

Very clean , quiet and comfortable. Great place to stay for a night. Bed linens were nice and bed very comfortable. Would stay again if in Lethbridge.
