I honestly don‘t get all the bad reviews. The Crossing is a place where you notice the love that is being input everyday - it is very clean, you have everything that you need in the middle of nature. Perfect place to explore the Icefield Parkway, lovely views in the evening. We would definitely come back.

Magnificent setting and views. The landscaping is beautiful.
Rooms and facilities are outdated and worn for the high rates paid. Our room was also not thoroughly cleaned.

The location and warmth and friendliness of the staff
Even though the rooms are a fortune due to the brilliant location you don’t even get a hairdryer included. We opted for the 23 CAD continental breakfast and it was bang average. No fresh pastries. The accommodation and food just felt in need of a revamp which is a real shame as the location and friendliness of the staff is exceptional
