Breakfast was good, the suite was nice. My main complaint was it seemed the central A/C was out so the hallways were hot and the window A/C was only kinda sufficient in the room

Location to Chi Event Center was great. We had 3 moms and 3 daughters, so the two bedroom suite was so nice to have. Popcorn in lobby was good!
Only complaint was how hot the hallways were. So hot! No AC and we would sweat just trying to get down to the lobby. Yuck!

The beds were super comfortable. I loved the extra suite space with the roll out bed for my 7 year old!

The staff was beyond nice and helpful!!
It was definitely old! Had a 2 bedroom suite. Queen room had mold in the AC unit, king room AC didn't work! Dishes were dirty from the last guest, a weird smell in the king bedroom! There was a lot that didn't make sense either. They gave us 3 bath towels for a 5 person stay, the couch was a two seater.. things like that.
