We liked the fact that we could walk down the hall and eat in a restaurant in the evening and not have to drive. The complimentary breakfast was excellent too. We also enjoyed the view of the river…our room was very close to the river and had an excellent view.
Had to go to a different floor to use the ice machine but that was not a big deal. The ice machine on our floor was under construction.

Way too many customers for the staff. The poor woman couldn’t possibly keep up.
