The property and staff were great. Location was fabulous.
The breakfast was look warm to say the least. Everything was barely warm. No towels in pool room. No bedding for sofa sleeper

The staff, especially the on-duty manager, were extremely courteous and very friendly. Also very accommodating even with our large group of 14 people and 3 rooms. They bent over backwards to make sure we had linens, towels, and gave the grandchildren chocolates. Our son accidentally left his wallet in his room and we received a phone call from the manager about it. The wallet was locked up until such time we could get back to the hotel as we were all at the zoo.
The elevator was a little off as far as shaking going up and down.
