Won’t return to this hotel . Overpriced for Accommodations we received .

The room had 3 beds which was what we wanted to accommodate our family . There was an operational indoor pool ,laundry facilities & an ok breakfast .

Not as pictured /described on the booking site or website . There was no sitting area in our room - only 2 dining chairs . So we were not comfortable . Bathroom was way too small & the toilet paper roll was under my arm . Breakfast items were not consistent & not a good variety . Not a good room for the price .

Solid value, nothing fancy but didn't need fancy, just safe and comfortable.

The room was clean and cozy. That was most important. The traffic in the hall could be heard but not through the walls of the room. I also couldn't hear the traffic.... I was comfortable that was the most important thing for me. I wished there was a workout room of some kind and/or hot tub but they didn't advertise that so...no big deal. Great value moving in college student for the night. Thanks!

Relaxing and wonderfull

We stayed in one of the suites, it was very roomy and comfortable; much larger room than all other places we have stayed in Council Bluffs. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely try to reserve a suite again when we visit Council Bluffs next.

Generally I have no problems listing things that I did not like about the places we stay; this Red Roof Inn however was a breath of fresh air. There was absolutely nothing that we did not like during our stay here; this was not our first stay at the Red Roof Inn Council Bluffs, and we plan to stay here whenever we visit town providing rooms are available.

It was a good stay, I'd book another room there in the future.

The location worked well for needing to be on town. The rooms had been remodeled since the last stay.

The room had some kind of smell, and the mattress needed to be replaced. The arm chair was a bit chewed up

Overall location was great. Room was nice size.

The breakfast was good. They switched it up and it was a hot breakfast

Need a new waffle maker. Waffles kept getting stuck to the waffle iron. Breakfast area could use a bit of a make over. Upgrade.

Good place to stay if you need pet friendly hotel, near many shopping places, but certainly not a 4 or 5 star hotel.

pet friendly, great housekeepers, king suite had a full size fridge and living room area, lots of places to charge electronics throughout the room

seemed to have lots of questionable people in and outside of the property so much so that I didn’t feel safe with any of us going out to the car alone. people were tailgating and coming and going quite frequently, teenagers running through the halls late at night (12:30 am), tub and sink had weird plugs that we couldn’t quite figure out how to use, sticky floors, maintenance needed done in my daughters bathroom and was still leaking after they “fixed” it. Bed was uncomfortable too, lumpy and broken springs.

I absolutely love the location and pricing for a room.

We got a king room with a hot tub, but the hot tub had no hot water. We would get just a few minutes of hot water before it turned ice cold, which made it very difficult to fill up the hot tub with warm water.

I like the fact that the hotel is located just across a parking lot from my job! Which makes it super convenient!..

The pop vending machine by the front desk was always out of the majority of beverages

Whole building smells like Pee! Stay somewhere! Peeling paint & Black mold on bathroom ceilings.

Check the cleaning before taking the room.

Bed was comfortable, room was large.

Room was not clean. Floors were sticky, dirt splashed on mirror not cleaned, a dirty sock lay behind the TV unit. Could not use the coffee maker, the coffee tray holder was too large for the unit.
