We liked that you dont need to go outside to get to restaurants and casino if it is cold. Didnt like that they no longer have a hot tub.

Enjoyed the convenience to the convention center, the quietness, and the security of the elevator. Although one elevator had the security scanner disabled which is a touch concerning.

Room was very spacious, bathroom nice and clean. Little mini fridge works great for keep beverages cold. Bed was nice and comfortable

We were not informed on arrival that housekeeping would not be bringing fresh towels every day, That would have been good to know on check in. Also late morning (10am) shower was cool, not able to get the water warm.

The staff was great. The rooms were fine. The lobby was closed due to construction so had to enter through the casino which was really inconvenient. Parking was not good at all. Breakfast was $14! We had a large party, 4 rooms so we opted out of that.

Property was under construction so it was loud. The room had stained carpet and general ugliness. The restaurant was very slow with meh food. The staff was very friendly.

When checked in the room was for handicapped room, which i didn't make reservation for. The bathroom was dirty, sink did not drain, and tub was dirty.

The check-in was easy and fast. Everything went downhill after that. The room was disgusting. Carpet was stained. The tv didnt work , the room was dusty. Then when ibwent to go use the whirpool tub the humidity from it must've set the smoke detector off. I had staff at the door accusing me of smoking

The room was clean and the shower was good. The $12 charge for microwaved eggs with a couple of sausages seemed a little over priced as in most hotels that I go to during traveling include a free breakfast. I think if I was going to Council Bluffs again I would stay somewhere else.

Place is in the middle of an RV Park/ Casino complex. Felt kinda icky.
Staff was friendly & accommodations were fine… its just not what I expected.

Hotel was pretty dirty. All of the carpets , rather in the halls, elevator or in the room was dirty and needed a major cleaning. We were there 4 days and the tile from the lobby to elevators REALLY needed to be mopped. Same spots on the floors all 4 days. Front desk staff acted uninterested in people coming and going. We wo t stay there again.

This room was exactly as described online. Hotel and staff were all friendly.

Staff barely talked and could barely hear him when checking in, went to put food in fridge and there was a very old cheeseburger in there, comforters were dirty spiders in the bathroom, view was a roof with a ladder and a bunch of garbage. Beds were hard as a rock pillows looked comfy until you laid your head on them and they went flat. Will not stay here again or recommend it. For the price I expected better.

The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was fine. They do have a continental breakfast and it is an additional $8.95. The hotel is in great condition and at a good price!

During Check-in the front desk was AMAZING, we were driving across country because my 70-year old mother had and expired license. The front desk accommodated us, and was more than friendly.

The best thing about your stay here will be the staff. But staff can only do so much. This property is aging and shows no signs of improving anytime soon. Items were breaking or broke during my stay; ie one elevator and the business center. plus I believe this has to be one of the only casinos that I have stayed at that have an high charge for food. If you just need a bed and a bath for one night this is the place for you. Other than that, keep scrolling.

Nowhere to park, didn’t have the kind of room I had reserved, and then got moved to a room with 2 queen beds, but no offer to adjust the price accordingly. Would not recommend.

Our air conditioning did not working properly in our room. And nothing was done about it after we communicated that to the front desk.

The room was nice and quiet. The shower beautiful and the bed was amazing! For that price, however, I think breakfast should have been free.

First thing I noticed was how warm the room was upon entering. When I opened the draperies, I found out why. The window had a breeze blowing through it. They did move me to another room.
The room itself is in need of coming into this century. There were no USB to plug electronics into.

The staff there was extremely rude to my mother on multiple occasions when she was just asking simple questions about breakfast. We will not be staying there again because of how awful a certain staff member was to my mom.

If this property wasn’t connected to a casino I find it hard to believe many people would stay here. However it is very clean it is a little worn the staff is very friendly and try very hard. If you book on Expedia you get the free breakfast if you don’t it’s like 12 or $15 a person.

I didn’t like the bathroom set up. Not accommodating for older people. Furnace wouldn’t shut off once it was completely shut off. Didn’t bother to tell us there was a continental breakfast in the morning, so once we came down from our room there was only 5 minutes left. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

Stayed to watch the Super Bowl in the casino. Hilton was wonderful. Leslie at the front desk - amazing personality.
