Our stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great and different choices each morning. Would stay here again if in the area.

Overall was good. Was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub/pool at the end of the long day but it was closed due to maintenance. Room was not really clean and looked dated. Breakfast was good.

The only reason i chose this hotel was so my wife and i could spend time together in the hot tub. It was roped off and closed. If they would of told me at check in i would of understood and made other arrangements. My wife was very upset. The room was nice otherwise except that it had no fridge. The staff seemed ok and its not there fault but someone could of at least put up a hot tub closed sign....

I love the 2 nice closets and a separate area with sink and mirror so one person can get ready while the other is in the shower. The Bar sink and tiny kitchenette was very handy too. Good size room with a nice sofa & ottoman and a desk. This is an older hotel with a few nicks, but overall clean and a great price. There were several places to eat nearby and casino too although we didn't go there to gamble. We went to the nearby AMC 17 theater to see a movie. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a little below average, but coffee was good.

When we showed up to check in there was a meeting going on and someone was chewing everyone out. Ends up it was a hotel meeting and we had to wait 20 minutes to check in while everyone was being chewed out. Then room we got looks nothing like room I reserved. Was told it was an Expedia issue. Then there started to be a loud dripping noise in bathroom. Went back to desk to wait a bit for help and they sent someone up, who knew what it was immediately said it is a problem throughout hotel and the stacks. So then a very nice lady seemed concerned and actually wanted to help resolve and found a room that did not have that noise. Final disappointment was when reserved, I did because it said bar on premise and we get a free beverage with one key. When my wife asked was told only do that when they are busy. One lady at desk was great and maintenance guy that went to room, while couldn't fix did seem to understand. Otherwise I didn't feel like we were even wanted. But perhaps my opinion started because of the meeting where people were being chewed out and that was more important than checking us in even though we weren't even first in line someone there before us

The room had a really nice space to it and the people at the front desk amazingly friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good! The room coffee was good. breakfast scones were really good. recommend this place and we would stay here again!

Extremely noisy neighbors ruined the trip for me. Shaking our floor at 1 am. The staff was nice, rooms were clean. Dont go with this route just because the breakfast is included.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t available. This s amenity was important to me and should have been removed from their list. Bathtubs we’re poorly designed and lacked safety bars.

Unfortunately people next to our rooms were either drunk or high. Laying in hall moaning and talking gibberish. Security was called but they didn’t do much and it continued for hours In early AM.

The hotel was in a convenient location for all of the things we wanted to do. The amenities were great, and our room was clean, and staff was friendly. It rained while we were there, and our window started leaking. We informed staff, and they immediately fixed the problem. We will stay again.

I have used SpringHill many times before and I have to say that quality was overall lower in this place. The room was OK when we got it, but once we pulled the bed cover we found what seemed to be blood stains on the sheets. The other bed didn't have stains but didn't smell like fresh, recently washed sheets. The front desk lady was very nice and suggested that we change rooms and that's what we did. We found a dirty sock underneath the sofa in the second room, but sheets were clean so we didn't complain about the sock.

The bathroom was filthy with the door handle coming off, mold in the tile ,dead bugs in the light fixture and filthy carpet. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub paint peeling off.

I had trouble using the bathroom, the shower tiles tend to get a little bit slick when your using the shower. I was afraid I might fall.
