Was some work being done in the building so a little messy. The refrigerator wasn’t working in my room. Over all not so bad. Easy access off I29. Free breakfast was good. Friendly staff in breakfast area.

Rooms were good, breakfast was not great. Doing construction

If you want a cheap stay this is the place. The front desk was friendly. A lot of construction going on. The smell of pot is very strong. Not as clean as it could be.

Upon entering the parking lot, all the Handicap spots are filling with construction materials - an ADA Violation. Our room #317 had a giant crack in the window and you could feel air coming in, no WiFi, the safety lock on the door was broken, BUT our biggest thing was we went to take showers to leave for a family funeral and NO WATER! We were told there was a water main break, however, after checking, there was not. I went down to the front desk to talk about the unsanitary conditions due to no water and how they could have called guest rooms to warn them, and I was looked at like I was crazy. My Dad is a war veteran and I’m a retired first responder. I asked if this is how they treat the people they say they “value” so much. We needed to leave and find another hotel to shower and get ready. The Manager said we have 20 minutes to leave his property or he will call the police. We were packed and gone in 7 minutes. I’m stunned at the treatment we received and hope that the Choice Hotel Group really looks into this hotel! But, the pillows were great!!

Hotel is under renovation. Showers were especially substandard. No water pressure and either super hot or tepid. Hot tub was great the first night and ice bath each subsequent night. Pool water was cloudy

Swimming pool was closed by local health department was unable to use was not informed on website that it was not working I booked & paid for 2 nights on hotels.com ended up only staying 1 night & was told by hotel staff that they would refund 1 night & give a discount on the night I stayed it did not happen had to contact hotels.com when I got home & finally got refund from hotels. Com did not get discount for 1 night fitness room was very dirty and not maintained will not stay here again

The hotel is under construction and the main floor and breakfast area were filthy to say the least, a very strong chemical smell in the whole building, we were put in a room that had no lock and staff was annoyed that we wanted to switch rooms to a room that had a lock. 1 star for refunding us and letting us leave. This chain is typically a nice comfortable stay but this particular location was very below average

Everything about this property is outdated. The toilet didn’t work….

The hotel was filthy and they are still trying to double charge me after they told me they would refund me because it was so filthy I couldn't even stay there

Staff was very friendly. The room itself had some issues. Paying $114 for a room that had no cable , so we couldn't watch tv. The cold faucet handle ( fell off) didn't work in the bathroom. Doing construction and they started early morning around 6am and made tons of noise. I feel like we should get some kind of discount and money returned.

I could hear the people on the next room snore! I guess you get what you pay for.

Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, fresh burn hole in bedding. Stains on walls and carpet. Was given another room, cleaner but still had issues. Thought we could deal with it, let’s go hit the pool. Door latch was taped open, door to maintenance area was wide open with access to electrical and chemical controls. No towels, even though there was no one else in the area. Went to a different hotel.

We checked in & went to our room. Opened the door to find someone else's suitcase in it. We immediately went back to the dedk ,& told the lady that was working. Was given another room. My husband took a shower because we left right after he hot off work. He got out & i went in to use the toilet & as i sat there i see something black dripping around the tub. Yes it is mold dripping. I should have taken a picture for this review but didnt. Then the next morning the worker at the front desk knocked on our door & made us go to the front desk with my ID, which they had the night before when we checked in. Not sure what was the problem. But then he gave me my ID back and said to "go eat breakfast its good". We did. No i dont think it was as good as he was trying to tell us. It was good because it was included but that was it. The bed was good. Had a good nights sleep. Has a pool & hot tub. Pool was freezing & hot tub didnt have enough jets to really make it a hot tub (water was hot at least).
It needs a REALLY good cleaning.

Nice place to crash after a long trip otherwise would not make it my first choice to have an extended stay.

Place was a little rundown which was expected being built in 1997. But the homeless guy living in the parking lot didn't help. But cleanliness could have been better. And when we asked for betting for the pull out couch they gave us one sheet no pillow no blanket thanks. Not sure how this place gets such a high rating other than people they know giving a good rating. Hot tub didn't work either

When first checking in there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell a few times but still needed to wait about 5 minutes before someone showed up at the desk to check me in - this was around 5:30pm. The first room we were given had no microwave and the TV did not work as there was no coax cable cord connected. We were appropriately switched to a new room. Room was dated. Air conditioning unit so close to 2nd queen sized bed that it did not cool down the room at all but the person sleeping on that bed near the unit froze. Bathroom needed updating - fan did not work nor the heat lamp. The second day our toilet was running and then wouldn't flush appropriately - called down to the main desk to ask for assistance. After 30 minutes no one came so my husband needed to go down - was told "they got busy and forgot", then handed my husband a plunger and did not come help. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - nothing special. Pool heater was broken - pool and hot tub were freezing. Had to go ask someone at the front desk for pool towels as there was none stocked in the pool area. Would never stay here again.

The toilet didn't flush when we got there. The only thing they could do was give me a plunger. The hot tub broke. They double charged me for room. Was not impressed.

Easy access. We had problems with our key the second day staff was very willing to help. Only problem was our toilet didn’t flush very well. We had to flush several times to get it to work. Our TV wasn’t connected to cable, but I fixed that on my own. It was quiet and clean. Outside grassy area a little littered, but I have been to some much worse. I would stay again.

My husband and I booked this for our honeymoon. The toilet ran constantly. When telling the front desk we were given a broken plunger. Had to ask for another plunger which did nothing for the toilet. We were never offered another room (they knew the toilet wasn't working). When checking out we told them again the toilet wasn't working and they laughed and said okay. Very disapointed!!!!

I would have given this property 4 stars. I got upgraded to a nice suite! However, it was on first floor by the stairs. All I could hear all night was the person above me stomping around, along with them coming down the staircase from 1am to checkout. So I didn’t really get any sleep. The room was also very dark as there is inadequate lighting. But the room was still very nice and smelled clean.

Spent the extra $40 to stay at a hotel with a hot tub vs several without, hot tub out of order for maintenance. Elevator was dirty and rickety, and the key cards for the room didn’t work so the front desk worked opened it with a key and we didn’t get an option to leave the room and have a working door. Unimpressed

We almost always stay at the same hotel in the Omaha area, but we thought we would try a different hotel this month. I am very picky, so please excuse this "Karen" review.
Check in was ok. I don't like having to it down a $100 deposit, but at 10pm, it isn't like I want to find a different hotel. The employee was nice, but her voice was too low and had deep accent, so my S/O had to doost of the check in part.
She gave us the room key, and we went on our way. The lobby was fine. Elevator to the second floor seemed older, had an unpleasant odor, and seemed small.
The hallway on the second floor looked older and needed a cleaning - or a good cleaning.
Arrive at our room and the key didn't work. Sent my partner down to deal with it. About 10 minutes later he shows up with a staff member. She tries both keys and then asked if we wanted to change rooms. We declined and asked if she could just open the door. She used a physical key and let us in...Again with the odor? Once we got in and turned the lights on, I told my partner that this hotel might have been remodeled 10 years ago, but it was definitely needing another face lift. Room door was all marked up. The room was basic and just the wasn't cleaned properly. I didn't feel like I could walk around without shoes on. The couch just wasn't going to be used. It def needed to be replaced. Over all, maybe 6/10.

Room was not very clean. Had no light over the sink in the bathroom only light was the heat lamp. Took 2 day to get them to replace the light bulbs above the sink. Room was never cleaned in our 3 night stay. Had to requests clean towels. Coffee make didn't work they did replces it. Had to go get cooffe each morning do to them not cleaning replacing stuff in the room. Was a ground floor room and neither one the windows locked. Overall experience was very disappointing.

No smoke detector in room. When we checked in, there was a fire department checking on pressure to sprinkler system. Bath ceiling sheet rock missing. No remote to TV working even after less than enthusiastic concierge came in to fix it. Bath door lock busted and door would not close shut.

Upon walking to the hotel's front door, trash was spewed all over the front area. It looked like they were having some construction or landscaping done and the mess might have been the contractor's. But, as a business owner, you require crews to clean up at the end of each day. As a contractor, I know the importance of keeping a job site clean, especially a commercial property.
As for the hotel interior cleanliness, it was meh. Carpets in the halls don't look like they've been cleaned (carpet cleaner) in a long time.
In our room, light switches, faucets, etc were all connected backward (down was on, towards the mirror was on for the faucet as well as hot and cold water being connected on the wrong side). The A/C barely got cold at all even though we set it at the lowest setting. It was not a comfortable sleep with it being 100 degrees outside.
Now to the worst part... My two young sons were so excited about getting into the pool and hot tub after a long day of adventures in Omaha. Well, as soon as we walked into the pool area, the hot tub water looked like all the contractors working out front, decided to take a bath in there. The water was so dirty, you couldn't even see the stripes painted on the steps. Yet, people were still using it. Someone from the front desk came in a couple times over the 45 minutes my sons were swimming and didn't close it off. They ended up closing the hot tub the next morning though.
The state of the hotel is reflective of poor management.

The listing on Hotels.com said this was a pet friendly property, but it was not. Since we're traveling with our 2 cats, having a pet friendly hotel is important. Also, the room smelled terrible, and the property just seemed run down. The staff was great, but couldn't make up for the smelly room and condition of the property itself.
1.0
The staff was unhelpful and when we tried to buy a drink from them we were told they were closed (8am and 10pm). The room was not clean, had an odd smell and there were ants on the bathroom, on the floor and in the beds.

If you’re looking for simplicity with a fair price this place will do. It wasn’t super dirty but the hotel definitely needs updates. It was really hot in the hallways and the elevator (which takes FOREVER). The staff are not very talkative or friendly as far as greeting and checking in and out but they were not rude to us. If you’re the type of person that prefers physical documentation such as receipts then you’ll definitely need to ask for it. The first room they gave us the lock was broken so they moved us rooms. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Pool & Spa were clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options and varieties and even hot food like biscuits & gravy & eggs. I’d stay here again if I had no better options. Paid $120 for a Saturday night and with a festival and other events going on in the area. The thing I didn’t like the most was there was never mention of a $100 deposit being charged at check in, I didn’t find that out until last minute so plan for that in your budget. They also said we wouldn’t get it back for like 3-5 business days which is kind of crappy if you think about it. Overall, as the title mentions, it was simple and cheap, not over or underwhelming. Oh, and careful of parking, the lot is very small and full of lots of pot holes. The breakfast dining area is small too, only seats about 30 people, but there was still plenty of food. It’s open from 6-10, we ate at 08:15 and took the only table left. Others comin in couldn’t find a spot

We checked into the hotel and were given our room, and the key card wasn’t working. Were given another room, same issue. Manager said the door lock mechanisms just needed new batteries… we waited for 5 minutes and nobody returned, manager stated that he didn’t have enough batteries and we would need to wait for someone to bring him batteries but we could leave if we wanted/needed to and he could just let us back into the room… so we would of had no access to our belongings without him opening the door for us…. After entering our room it was a very strong musty/mold smell and I expressed this to the manager who stated the larger rooms didn’t get used as often and he’d get spray…. Some fans would have been a better offering, but we chose to find another hotel.

Please don’t waste your time here. We had NUMEROUS issues here. We checked in early and left before we spent one night there. When I went to the desk to tell the staff we just wanted to leave the property, my room card was thrown by a staff member. Only stay here if the underside of bridges are full.

The breakfast was good. One of our rooms had a leaking AC. They said they would fix it two days from now. The other room had small ants in the bed and the toilet would not refill.

They are in the middle of a landscape change so outside was rough looking. Grass needed to be mowed.
Room was excellent and the breakfast was very good.

Door to room wouldn't close, off hinges, security lock was broken, air not working correctly in both rooms.
Soggy wet carpet in both rooms under air conditioner, smelled like mold, changed rooms with about the same issues and canceled our stay. I want my money back.

Harassed by ant infestation on bed and other surfaces. Even with NO food in the room. Smelled of mold and mildew ( I'm severely allergic) room was extremely dirty, we, the guests cleaned TWICE. Once with the products given by staff and another time with supplies we ourselves purchased to clean the room. We had to purchase air fresheners to try and cover up the smell of mold and mildew. Would never recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival the front host was sitting outside in a car smoking marijuana. As we walked to our room there was trim falling off doors. Mold above the shower. Pieces of candy below the bed frame. The cover for a hvac controls was laying on the floor. Terrible experience and disgusting place. We left 15 minutes after checking in.
