The place was not as advertised. Looking back at photos they are photoshopped. It’s run down, dirty, not in a safe area, loud, smelly and unacceptable. So many air fresheners throughout to cover the smells. We left after 1 hour, it was not acceptable and didn’t feel safe.

Check in was smooth and quick was able to direct us to a local favorite restaurant. Room was clean and everything smelled fresh. It was also nice having good water pressure from the shower !!! Only downside was, the vending machines were lacking any good snacks and the soda machine wasn't working or was out of soda ...

Nice clean, comfortable room. Loved the wooden vinyl floors, no carpets 👍. Courteous staff and receptionist. Good variety breakfast. Great location close to freeways. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean inside and outside. Was meet with beautiful smiles and very courteous front desk person. Room was very clean and comfortable. Gave me directions to a little Mom & Pop restaurant named Tisha’s Restaurant. Very close by. Great food also. Check out quick will definitely stay there again. Great job all around with the staff. 💯

It was a short 1 night, but pretty close to perfect. All expectations fulfilled. Very new, great condition, heat ac worked fine, towels very nice, shower did what it’s supposed to. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Have no reservations when you book this hotel.

Came to check in and staff was very friendly!! Hotel smelled clean throughout and always saw someone cleaning. Went to concert that night and front desk was very helpful and gave advice as we aren’t familiar in the area and asked us how everything was when we came back. Check in and out went very smooth. Rooms were very nice and clean as well. Will definitely be staying again when on the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the BridgePointe Inn and Suites. The room is very nice and spacious. Bathroom has an awesome shower that is hot and very good water pressure. I also liked being contacted via email with the wifi connection information. The tv has a guide which I like to use for viewing. Breakfast has a variety of options that I was informed about when I registered. All and all it is a good place for the night. My only complaint is that if traveling with a dog there is very limited grass area for them to use. Also the area around the hotel is commercial and the freeway close by. So there is noise. I would stay again if traveling without a pet.

Lady at checkin very helpful & friendly. We did have to wait 15+ minutes in the lobby after checkin for our room to get cleaned. Room: clean. Looked dated but not a big deal. Bathroom is SMALL. Hard to navigate opening & shutting door while having room in there. Took awhile to find hair dryer. Found the wall unit in a drawer? The cord is so short the base can’t even lay on counter when plugged in. Makes it difficult to use. Is there a reason it isn’t attached to the wall? Breakfast was good.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. My only complaint would be the vending machines need to be better taken care of. The pop machine was not working at all. And the bottles in the machine that are on display to show what flavors are in the machine are all collapsed. Not a very pleasant looking pop machine by any means. And the food vending machine could have used a little bit better variety. But other than that I'm a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was wonderful. And the staff was outstanding.

The motel was good. easy to get to. Breakfast was nice, Staff was friendly. My bed was uncomfortable, if it would be turned so the head is at the foot and the foot is now the head, I think it would have been comfortable instead of sloping towards the head.

I was very impressed with BridgePointe. I was in for a very quick trip to the area and needed a nice, affordable place to stay. This location checked all the boxes. Clean, smelled nice, comfy beds, good shower, friendly staff, great location, and breakfast! It was clear that the hotel had recently been updated.

We have stayed here many times, and it is always clean and friendly. Plenty of parking easy access to all our needs even with the interstate construction going on. We brought family with us this time and they loved it as equally as we did. We met other visitors who seemed to be enjoying their stay as much as we did even, thou theirs was for a funeral and ours was for a surprise 90th birthday party. Different celebrations of life equally important and the front desk employees were so friendly and helpful with all our needs.

The staff was nice but seem to be living there with extended family hanging out, smoking, and eating. Dirty and broken are how we’d describe this property. The noise clammered all night from the dysfunctional window heater to the recurring noise from the refrigerator to nearby foul-mouth guests and their barking dog. The locks don’t work. The breakfast was okay and warm (not hot which is a concern. The property needs renovation and a deep clean.

Bedding need to be newer, stains on sheets,hwy noises. Real strong air freshener smell, no chair in the room besides desk chair. Unwrapped cups. Shower head was great & bed wasn't too bad

No handicap accessible rooms. Toilets very low for older people. Tub wasn’t quite clean (hair). Location from interstate excellent. Bkft excellent. Staff very friendly.

Very nice staff. Rooms were pretty clean and very quiet. Breakfast was very good with a variety of items. Only downside was the neighborhood around the hotel is a little sketchy but we had no issues.

Very friendly staff. When I got to my room, it was very questionable if it was even clean. Pollow placed in the window rather than on the bed, wash cloth on the floor in the bathroom, face cloth missing, computer desk chair was pushed up against the wall rather than under the desk, no trash bag in the garbage can and worst of all when I pulled back the bed linen there was crumpled up gum wrapped in the sheets. I was given a different room immediately but this shouldn’t have ever been an issue to have to deal with. The staff were very apologetic and reacted immediately
