I love my connection with Ms. Linda. She took great care and went above to make sure my fear if heights would not ruin my vacation with Embassy. Ms. Linda took, sent me up to see how my view was on my floor before booking me. She paid attention to my fear of heights and made sure I was assigned to a lower level. She made sure my stay was home away from home. I just love her for that. We both are proud Mimi's, š ā¤ļø.
1. The carpet smelled.
2. The elevator carpeting and mats were filthy.
3. The water hoses outside to rinse off the beach sand was broken from Tuesday until
Thursday, but we didn't complain.

Pool area was great, clean

The outdoor area was the best part of the stay. The pool area was great, especially for families, and we loved the baby pool and slides. The hotel being right on the beach was also a major plus.
The hotel itself felt outdated and dark. There were only two small elevators, which made getting to and from the room take way too long. The buffet food was very disappointing. Our room was much smaller than expected for a family, and the layout was inconvenient because you had to walk through the bathroom area to get to the bedroom. There were also noticeable stains on the carpet.
