I did have a blast spending time at the beach with my daughter! The bed was comfy and could've even out the pillows with 4 instead of 3 but I did have a good sleep. The room was nice and spacious for my stay but there were some confusion about a better room that I reserved. I did like the fact that I was compensated by Manager on duty (Mary), and she gave us free parking along with matching my deposit with extra credits to enjoy the remainder of our trip!
I did not like the fact that I was booked to the wrong room from the start. And there was not any communication or way to see that I was already occupying the room. Hotel issued Another party to my exact room and was able to enter with new/duplicate keys! That was a bit odd and scary for my daughter to experience such a situation we had No control of.

The pool area was very nice. The beach air is very nice. Walking around the facility was clean and nice. Have a lot activity for the grandkids to do so that made it OK
It was a large party, and we were divided up so far away from each other. This sofa bed was not clean properly. the toilet in the second bedroom was clogged up we call the front desk to inform them they send someone the next so the first night one bathroom .
